Elevator generally known as lift, which is a lifting device having build up with a platform or cage that is raised and lowered mechanically in a vertical line in order to move people and goods from one floor to another in a multi stostoried building. 
Elevator Machine Heavy Duty Motor
As you know we are dealing in elevator/ lift machine products, in which heavy duty motor is the most important part of the elevator. Elevator lifts people in the cage. To lift up the cage there has to be a quality heavy duty motors. Heavy duty motors must be noiseless and as well as enough strong to lift up the elevator cage. There should not be any compromise quality of heavyduty motor.
If the motor is not strong it may cause accident, and can harm people in the elevator cage. So the care is required in choosing right elevator heavy duty motors. Given below are some more descriptions for heavy duty motors:

Elevator Machine Heavy Duty Gear
As we all know elevators mainly used for human beings for transporting from one floor to another in vertical direction. So the elevator must be appropriete to take care of human lives. There should not be any chances left for accident. Even the the gear box should be of standard quality and heavy duty gears for better performance as well as smooth functioning of elevator with lowest friction and noise.
The pulley made from graded cast iron for wear resistance and better strength. Top graded cast iron used for manufacturing pulley and other parts of gear box. Each of them fitted for better functioning.
Heavy duty motor attached to heavy duty gear for up and down monitoring of elevator with smooth and friction free operation. Gear box maintain the speed and absorbs the noise and control the elevator. Elavator ropes directly attached to gear box and gear box attached to motor. So major load comes to gear box and pulley. Pulley and gear box required to be heavy duty.
Elevator Machine Magnetic Brake

The machine, which is mounted on steel frame in between the machine frame and supporting beams is supported by inbuilt heavy concrete beams that contain excellent vibration dumping features. We also add silent blocks and rubber pads that feature the rubber spring properties. Hence, vibration is absorbed to a great extent. In accordance magnetic brake fitted to stop or brake the speed of thr elevator.
After all this there is requiremets of magnetic brake. As the name suggest magnetic brake used for stop the elevator at at required floor or at desired point of stage.
Magnetic brake works in the method of desired push button and emergency stop. Magnetic brake is also heavy duty able to stop the running gear box and the rope attached to elevator cage. Magnetic brake also knows as electro magnetic barke. Electronic power transfers to magnetic and stop the cage in the desired position.
Alongwith magnetic brake we are also supplying retiring cams for freight elevators. Retiring Cams are designed to work with freight elevator door interlocks. Retiring Cam carries a complete line of retiring cams that are easy to install and are specially designed to offer maintenance free, long life. The retiring cam is mounted on the car, there is a connecting rod from the cam face to the retiring cam motor. The retiring cam motor is mounted above the car, and the cam face is mounted on the side of the car.
Elevator Machine Main Sheave (Pulley)
We are engaged in manufacturing and providing Main Sheave, which is high performing and cost effective. The main sheave having the total load and carry the main functioning of elevator. main sheave has to be the only prime concern for safety and durablity.
Main sheave having the all sort of load of elevator cage and rope attached to main sheave which bring up and send down by ratating. main sheave is being controlled by the gear box.
For better controlling the main sheave, We are also manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Heavy Duty Gearbox, which is high performing and is precision engineered. For greater wear resistance and strength, the pulley and gear housing is made using graded cast iron as per IS: 210. These Heavy Duty Gearboxes are widely used in engineering industries and are offered at cost effective prices to our clients.
Elevator Machine Over Speed Governer
We are manufacturing wide range of Over Speed Governors, which is highly durable and functional. Durablity is the most important factor in the over speed governer.
High speed governer, as the name suggest this governs or we can say controls the high speed of the elevator. We knoe that elevator requires heavy duty motor, which run fast than the desired speed of the elevator, elevator has to be moving smooth speed in vertical. So the speed is also required at smooth way.
In order to control the speed of the elevator there is requirements of over speed governer which will provide smooth speed for elevator, and the speed will be kept under control for best friction and noise free functioning of the elevator.
Along with Speed governer our Heavy Duty Motors are designed for silent operation and smooth starting of lifts. These motors bushes are made using lead bronze centrifugally cast metal, which ensures maximum durability and functionality of these products. Moreover, the rotor is made using aluminum die moulding and is balanced in a dynamic way. Our Heavy Duty Motors are available in 920 and 1440 RPM Standards. Moreover, the gear housing is made using close grain quality cast iron as per the IS.210
